speaking for the sake of my language, that's rahter: "grazie di tuTTa la sua gentileZZa" but it would still pretty bad. that's clumsy. "grazie, troppo gentile" (literally: thank you, you're too gentle/polite) or "grazie, gentilissimo" (lit.: thank you, very gentle) sounds much better and are commonly used. note that i didn't say "signore" (sir), since that's quite awkward too. if you english are used to say "sir" every now and then, it doesn't mean you should speak italian the same way.
LOL, never mind me, I need to chill. I was in a running dog fight all afternoon with a shit head who said some very inappropriate things about a female friend of mine, he knows what he said, but is playing coy about it. So, I come here for some laughs and drag my fire with me.....scusami
