here is a tutorial of a few explosive exercises for athletes meant to strengthen core and stability musles throughout the lower body. calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, even abs will get much stronger. Theses exercises will be a great addition to any serious athletes strength program.

  • if you dont go lateral ur ass is in trouble lol

  • @nandoanalog Google the meaning of the word 'notion'.

He's a personal trainer and would have been an athlete, so I think he knows what he's doing.

  • @eworm31 For starters, jumping onto a rubber ball thingy, can only be dangerous, and will NOT build any "core" muscle. Actually, none of these exercises will buld any muscle. They will make your knees hurt sooner or later though.

  • @SkewLT You're right. No expert by any means, but I do have a notion.

  • @nandoanalog The fact that you're searching videos like this means that you only have a notion of these things..

  • @nandoanalog how so?

  • @aLlamaWithARifle thanks a lot dud....

  • @seanreaves21 wut if he did before recording? u never know

  • Oh my god.. So much bullshit!

  • @aLlamaWithARifle yeah true, it was just a figure of speech though.
