What exactly does Roy at age 40 do better then he did 3 or 4 years ago? Answer: nothing. He looked good against low level opponents like Sheika, Prince Badi Ajamu and retired Tito Trinidad - who still btw gave him a better fight then he did vs Hopkins in his prime when he was 40-0 and active
Yes Calzagh is an ATG but he is also a slapper and he backed Roy up all night Johnson would back him up too only he would hurt him and TKO him like he did before

at this point roy would beat johnson by a decision or maybe even TKO..sheika hits harder than johnson & dawson is a beast but lost 2 johnson & instead of giving him a deserved rematch he fights tarver..dawson admits he wants 2 fight roy & roy might fight dawson if he cant get a rematch wit hopkins or calzaghe.

Dawson would whipe the floor with Roy. Roy has lost speed believe it or not......easy beating up on a retired Omar Sheika.
He still gets pounded by Glen Johnson if they ever fight and Dawson did alright for himself against Glen.......it was close.

Roy is still a great fighter better than when he was drained and lost to Tarver and johnson.
Calzaghe is an ATG so losing to him is no shame.
Id pick Roy over Dawson any day and twice on Sat.

yeah he definately let himself go, he used to be in pretty decent shape when he was challengin for title back when jeff lacy was on top, (btw jeff lacy vs omar sheika has to be one of the dirtiest fights ever, record lowblows and cheap shots)
