A lighter meal: chicken breast and vegetables. I realise that it's improtant to eat enough vegetables. So this was my way of getting myself to eat more vegetables. I usually would eat something like this when I'm not that hungry. It's good to get a variety of the different colored vegetables daily. I had to do a mypyramid.gov thing for a class and it recommended that I eat 2 1/2 cups of vegetables daily (besides the other things).
