    Never give up :) I've been going to the gym 3 times a week, haven't changed my diet, and I can see abs forming ^_^ Getting rid of my belly fat...about time too >_> lol No point in giving up. Once you have that mentality, you start packing on the pounds because you don't care. Having the wrong type of work out can demotivate you, too. I found something that works for me :D

    Bit harsh there. Just because you look after yourself and workout does not mean your gay lol. I am happily married, with kids and still I respect the human form especially when looked after. Not having a go lol. just saying, don't stereotype us all!! :)
