Well since we're talking about hairs standing up, and I'll take a couple of spaces to tell it. I was listening to a sidewalk preacher yesterday, who looked homeless or something, but he had lots of people around. Someone brought up hell and he said Hell is a grumbling that continues until all that's left is the grumbling, drowning out everything else. He said the pit and the fire of Hell is just that, a state of defiance, going to pieces forever without even misery for company.

My Lord says "love each other". That includes sinners like myself and atheists. If an atheist insults you, don't blame him, don't condemn him to hell, because that's not your business, that's his problem with our Lord Jesus Christ. What you have to do is to love him, and treat him with charity, explaining the reasons of our hope, why we are so happy because of Jesus. Johnny Cash was a devout Christian, I think he would say the same thing or something similar.
