Ummmmm. Her voice changed from smoking Crack.... plain and simple.. not being mean, but it is what it is.

She struggled through opening night. She got through 2 songs before appearing breathless & exhausted, taking a break, carrying a towel for the next songs.After 6 songs, during which she coughed, she left for a break. Upon her return to the stage, she sat down for a gravelly version of some of her old hits.

She looked disoriented. She then he croaked her way thru I Will Always Love You, pausing to drink & towel off as she was about to hit the song's high note, changing it to a soft coo.

Her voice started out great! Then it went down hill for a bit, then back up at the end! That's because it was healing. In time, though she wasn't 21 anymore, it may have come just about back to where it should've been for her at 48!

I detest that news anchor that attended her show. He interviewed her a few short months before she toured Australia (via satelite) and it's as if he was being two-faced. I'm not denying her Voice wasn't all there and that this was the only it took place. No. However, there were many moments during this tour (i.e., Nottingham) when the Voice showed up and showed out! She can DEF still do it--you just won't see it night after night as if it were the 1999 world tour she did.

@yescanto She should do just do commercial acts. Her body looked good with the first alfit in gold. She could model and do songs that are not as straining on the vocal chords. For her to completey sing as she did maybe impossible due to her activities, not 'cause of age.
