@1crackit : If you are referring to a single inhibited bates grain vs. multiple grains...NO it will not work the same. You will need 1/3 more fuel for equal ISP which also adds 1/3 more weight. Also the motor won't reach max chamber pressure as quickly. Yes, it will work but not the same. Plus, adding 1/3 more fuel and weight changes the center of gravity of the rocket as well.

if i make a all of those little r candy in to a long one will work the same

@rat31465 : that is correct. This is a "core" burner not an "end" burner motor configuration.

So did I miss something or does the igniter light the top of the propellant chamber and burns downwards towards the nozzle?

Just correct the video about makinh the fuel, because there you made 5 segments of fuel, and here you used just 4.
Just trying to help...

@CasagrandeTiago: There is no need to make a video edit because you can use 4 to 6 grains without a CATO with that size nozzle. It's up to you how strong you want that "H" motor.

@rocketmanbkk Oh, ok, thanks! I'm having some troubles with CATOs, because of the grout. Could you please look for me in the grout bag what is its composition?
Thanks!

@CasagrandeTiago: I'm really not sure what is in the tile grout I use. I'm not in Thailand now and can't read it anyway. LOL Just go to the local "home builder store" and get what they use for tile. Send me a direct email and I can help you if it's a nozzle problem. rocketmanbkk@yahoo.com

How much thrust? And also what was the burn time?
rachetomodele 3 months ago
@rachetomodele : I don't have a test stand to test thrust so I couldn't really tell you. It is a motor in the "H" class range. Burn time is around 2 seconds on the video.
