  • My rope that i'v ebeen using has 2 empty slots in the handles. I put 2-lb weights in there and lord, am i beat

  • I bought one for £1.99 today but its way too light and doesn't feel as it'd swing very well. I'm also pretty heavy on my feet and don't think I've ever jumped in the past year... I'll give it a go tomorrow though.
