Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum (TM) French Toast
8 slices - Your favorite sliced bread
2 oz - Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum (or your favorite rum)
3 lg Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cupGranulated Sugar
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Cloves
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1. In a wide, shallow dish, use a whisk to combine eggs, sugar, spices, vanilla extract, and rum, in that order.
2. Soak bread in egg/milk mixture for a few seconds on each side
3. Cook on a skillet or in a large frying pan (DO NOT CROWD) on medium high heat until browned on each side but still tender and moist.
4. Garnish with a dusting of powdered sugar and serve.
