This is a high school football game that was played between two Alabama teams on Friday, November 20, 1964. The teams are Wetumpka High School and Holtville High School. This season-ending rivalry game took place before Stanhope Elmore High School came into existence. This was the first night game played under the lights between these two high schools. Prior games had been played on Thanksgiving Day. This game was played in Holtville. The background sound for the game is taken from a recording of the pep rally that was held earlier that same day in the Wetumpka High School gymnasium. The music you hear during the halftime is taken from a concert recording of the same Elmore County Band that performed at halftime. Wetumpka's 19-0 victory concluded a second consecutive undefeated season for Wetumpka High School, a feat not likely to be duplicated.
