I Can't Believe My Heart (Megara's deleted song)

This is the song Megara was supposed to sing in Disney animated movie "Hercules"! But it was replaced by "I won't say (I'm in love)"! The reason is "I can't believe my heart" is a ballad and...well, Megara isn't exactly a "ballad girl"^^!

I really like this song, it has more emotion to it than "I wont say i'm in love". But i can see why they didn't use it. It is a bit too slow for the movie and the over all lyrics and message in the song would have been hard to get for the age group the movie was mainly aimed for, which was little kids. Still both songs were great!

@LovelyStarHearts Why is this weird? This shouldn't be a strange statement. Do you know how old the people who create this stuff are? They're 40, 50, 60, etc. Heck they've been working at disney longer than you've been alive. Animation is an art form. Its only in america that its looked at as for children.

While I like this song, I think they made the right decision. It just didn't fit with the rest of the movie or Meg's character.

I like this song, they should have used it for meg. Yeah she is a tom boy, but in the song when she talks about how Herc helped her see the girl she wants to be, or he can see it. this song would have fit that moment
