Tekno Fortress - LittleBigPlanet Beta

This level took me about 40 hours to make and an additional 3-4 hours of tweaking. It filled up 3/4 of a Medium-sized crater.

The behemoth of a level was inspired by many original 2D platforming games, so see if you can spot which one influenced on what! It also includes puzzles, branching paths, story, a secret boss, a LOT of prizes, and much, much more! Regarding the story, it's a sort of prequel to the upcoming chapters I'll be working on after the game's release.

Thank you to everyone that helped me test out the level. It wouldn't have been up on the servers if it weren't for your help. :] Last but CERTAINLY not least, I would like to thank www.lbpcental.com/forums for being such a great community. You guys really are the best.

Now, a few notes about the video:

-As I mentioned before, I will NOT use aer0blueEU anymore after the game's release. Instead, I will use my original one: aer0blue. Feel free to add me if you'd like to see my later creations, or simply to chat!

-The video was recorded using v1.7 of the level. It was missing some graphical enhancements, as well as a checkpoint or two. v1.9 has better camera angles, too. Minor things, but still there.

-The visuals can clearly be improved, but right now on v1.9, I'm nearly reaching the limit of my thermometer, not to mention it'd be too complicated right now to make it look better. Lesson learned: Go simple add visuals add the complex stuff. :]

-It only shows about 60% of the level, obviously omitting two of the paths, the secret boss, hidden prizes and the Creator Comments section right at the beginning.

-Being v1.7, it does not include a new room that replaces the one near the end where a fore-layer blocks the player's view.

-Lastly, I'd like to apologize for the in-game text. It's not readable at all on the video, so you won't get to know anything about the storyline.

this looks extremely impressive. as a user/player i am slightly turned off by some of the sequences of platforms that disolve/re-appear. It looks like u would only be able to figure that out from experience or repeat plays, opposed to being skillful. otherwise it looks VERY well done, congrats

That was pretty good and inspiring. Nice use of classic 2D games as references. The gameplay wasn't floaty like other videos I've seen. Good job to whoever made it.
