The Queen's speech sucks. She has to say what the government's doing, but can't disagree with any of it. Some people say she has the power to dissolve parliament, and therefore is totally in control and approves of everything they do, but the day she dissolves parliament is the day she loses the ability to do so.
I don't think Prince Phillip's slitty eye jokes are malicious BTW.
