After his brilliant burst onto the scene at the end of the 2007 season, Joba Chamberlain is already a crowd favorite at Yankee Stadium. Once the Yankees took the lead over the Toronto Blue Jays in the 7th inning, the buzz started among the Yankee fans at the game: it was Joba time.
Hey, would you mid helping me out on my video and help me debate the rays are a good team to all of the idiots that leave half-ass comments?
Please?? I need some more rays support! Thanks
Help me debate not that the rays are good, but that the Sox and phillies suck. We can at least agree on that.NY is way better then the Sox, so much more depth.Go Rays and Yankees.Even though I'm not a NY fan, I'll take NY over Boston any day if I had to pick.haha

Referring to himself in third person means he is classless? Hmmmm interesting. Sounds like you have a lot of evidence to back that claim up. haha

i remember a time when he Joba referred to himself in the third person, calling himself Joba Chamberlain, instead of just saying I. That's a clear indication that the whole "Joba" phenomenon has gone to his head. The tendency to refer to oneself in the third person is often viewed by psychologists as a symptom of narcissism.

Give some example where JOBA has been classless off the field? You dont know Joba at all so dont act like you do.

Joba is probably one of the most humble players when you talk to him. He just likes to celebrate when he strikes out the side. Who doesn't?s

I have my facts straight dude. I know the entire Mariano history. My point is that this Joba character thinks he's God's gift to baseball and he hasn't done ANYTHING yet!! If anyone should act the way he's acting it should be RIVERA because he's the proven ballplayer but he doesn't...why?? Because Mariano is CLASSY and JOBA...well HAS A LOT TO LEARN...on the field and off the field.

.......??? do you think mariano just came into the mlb and pitched the 9th only? He was John Wetteland's setup man... and if you recall correctly he had arm surgery even before going into the yankees... get your facts straight if you're not a yankees fan

BOOOOO....put some mustard on that HOT DOG. He's no Mariano and he's getting more attention than Mariano. The guy pitches in the 8th inning. Let's remember people, Mariano is the BEST closer in the history of baseball and he's the First Ballot Hall of Famer, Joba still has LOTS of work to do.

Joba's a superstar in the making, and deservedly so. This town was made for big talents like him. If he helps the Yanks win a ring this year, he'll be an immortal.
