only part about HDV or HDD that sucks is the motor noise.
either the tape or the drive spinning makes that breathing noise, so you NEED an external microphone, this video being the prime example. no offense to tony.

@triceramovieboy it's a tekkeon battery pack. i went to the manhattan lcd website and you can purchase the battery with the monitor
