  • Which flowmasters are those, original 40s? Also did your check engine light come on from removing the cats? I have an 2002 Saleen and was thinking about doing that but don't want it to have a check engine light come on and run poorly.

  • original 40s. and yes the light did come on but i had it programed and tuned by a local pro speed shop and they turned the check engine light off

  • I'm the second like ... wtf

  • @TinyWeyant1989 check your throttle body it may be clogged with sludge, so when you are driving it is open and when you push the clutch and slow down it will close (not all the way) and if there is sludge the wing will get stuck closed and kill the engine. That would be my guess and if you have sludge there there is most likely to be some inside so run some seafoam through it. If that helps

  • yea man the h pipe sounds way better then the x pipe some ppl put on pretty fucken good sir

  • sounds like a civic with no muffler at all!!

  • @TinyWeyant1989 Hey man check your fan. Your fan could be faulty and draws to much power from the engine and is causing the engine to die. Mine was doing the same thing.Especially when the A/C was on.

  • I just bought a 2000 mustang gt that has no cats in it... Now it is having problems! The running of no cats would not be causing these problems would it? I just replaced the MAF sensor, pcv valve and sparkplugs. When im driving, I will push in on the clutch idle waves a little then dies, happens mostly with the a/c on, but sometimes cruisin with the windows down. Any info is helpful thx guys

  • Perfect

  • pretty nic sound! i want that on my stang asap!!lol!!
