The noble resistance against the Mullah regime in the 1980s did not have to kill innocents. It fought the RIGHT people, just like the Nazi resistance fought the right people. You are falsifying history by making generalizations on how allegedly just and heroic resistance movements kill innocents to blame it on their oppressor. The oppressor commits enough crimes anyway, and the innocent's life is taken only by the criminals, not be the resisting heroes. Everything else is astray.

NO, just resistance does not need to kill innocent people. The noble resistance in the country shown in this video (Austria and Germany) did not have to murder innocents and blame it on the Nazis. The Nazis did that themselves. And no I am not a pacifist. I believe Nazi traitors or in Iran Islamist regime criminals - oppressors and murderers - can and should be killed if no other mean is available.

You are an idealist or very naive. There has been no resistance in history without violence and that applies to South Africa and India. The use of violence and isolation is the only way these terrorists will go. Its your choice: Use of force on a mass scale against the regime or slow economic sanctions which will still kill people regardless and the regime will stay for even longer. If you feel sorry for Mousavi: Just remember he was the unelected president under khomeini's watch.

The end does NOT justify the means for any person of morals.

Anyways there is no need to murder anyone and blame it on the regime - they murder enough people for political reasons in the political prisons.

The reason people are not revolting is: They do not want to die. The masses are martyrs only in exceptional situations. It takes people of the strongest will and courage. Average people want to live, that is understandable.
