Reflex bag workout

i bought this crappy reflex bag for like 30 bucks today and well as you can see it already broke so i busted out some duct tape and its good as new. I kinda suck at this thing but just got it so i'll get better. Now once again i know i said i would but up some real boxing vids soon but its been hard to get a sparring partner right now but i'm really hoping next week i can put something together. New video next monday thanks for watching.

Not bad bag work guy, need better lighting. Need to use handwraps to protect em hard as your punching, and some gloved up fun would be nice.
