Gomez got rushed to the majors.
He does have a little pop (but he certainly hasn't showed it at the major league level, as his ISO is below league averages (which is, like, around .150). He strikes out a lot and draws few walks.

This guy is so overrated. You guys trade Lastings (which has talent) for no talent, then hold this loser as the next great thing. If he hits .225 this year, I would consider that a success. Omar is the laughing stock of all of baseball. Maybe Gooden will come out of retirement to fill out your rotation.

I miss Milledge...I liked him too...but Gomez is the real deal. He has speed, power,pop in his bat and swagger. Lets talk again this time next year RaidersFanll!
