i think hes working in his stuido most of the time. and i also read that he thought that there a was a bad atmosphere in the band, too much arguing. but im not 100% sure. maybe he just wasnt interested. time goes and life moves on.

JC is not back because he wanted a 5 way split with the band. But certain people see RATT as theirs and there is NO lee-way. He said, if the band can't settle a deal that is fair and equal, then he was out. FAIR ENOUGH AND HATS OFF TO HIM FOR NOT BEING A WHORE.
Great band. Sad they can't work it all out.

Great band indeed! Thanks for clearing things up. It was disappointing not to see JC on the left hand side of stage. The hired guns only highlighted his absence. JC's charismatic on stage personality was deeply felt. Hopefully they will be able to come to an agreement in the future.
