It sure is peculiar that the health effects of smoking were being debated for years after this commercial was made when as high school kids back in the '50s we called cigarettes "cancer sticks" and menthol cigs were known as "hospitals". Goes to prove that the kids in the Eisenhower years were smarter than adults.
