try to keep you're feet wide in a V position as a initial start. Kick back towards you're opposite shoulder. wait til you balance out as you place ur hands. drill ur legs in a circular motion like u would a windmill and look forward and keep ur head down, don't look at the floor.
Take a look at how you put your hands down to begin your '90. Most notable at 0:16/0:17. It seems like you are using the majority of your arms swinging in order to get the velocity needed... Instead try using your whole arm-shoulder-chest to get that velocity you need (also called arm carriage).
Just think of it in comparison of using solely your arms to using your whole upper body...which would generate more force?
