The renovated and expanded Dolley Madison Library, a branch of the Fairfax County Public Library, celebrated its reopening on Saturday, July 9, 2011, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. The branch will open to the public immediately afterwards. The branch is located at 1244 Oak Ridge Ave., McLean. Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Sharon Bulova, Dranesville District Supervisor John W.
