Technically it's true but now I know that vocaloids don't age and so she is 16 forever, but she technically 20 now since 4 years have passed since her arrival. well technically she is 4 years old since her program was made in 2009. and since her persona was 16 then she would be 20 now. BUT since she is a cartoon (i know she's not, but she is a persona and is drawn in anime style, so she kinda is a cartoon) and crypton never said anything about her aging, she is still 16.
