@rosiebgocats1 I just can't imagine an X45 hiting us, don't even want to think about it. Just like the X45, today's X7 was also rotating off the disk.

We had a Massive X7 flare this morning @ 07:48 utc August 9th. Thankfully it was from Region 1163 which is about to rotate off the disk, so the CME will not effect earth. But just think if it was centered directly over earth?
