Lly discourages me, if you are a beginner like me, and you have to do a standing split. Could you just explain the poses long enough that even I can somehow manage to do them, or is that to much to ask. Because it is really annoying.
I would have paid a little more attention to the sequence if I knew I had to repeat it on the other side by myself. A little heads up during the intro would be nice...
