Wow! You've got to love the Sigma - I went mental and got the stabalized version with no macro - it helps a lot with hand held zoom :) Fantastic quality from the 3100. Gotta say the 3100 has to be the bargain SLR of the moment, there's nothing can touch it at the same price!

Need help! I have a nikon d3100 with 18-105 mm and it didn't capture so clare.I want to know how to fix this problem and how to make my camera film with higher quality.

I use the same lens on my D50 and it takes great pictures too. As far as the "noises behind the camera"... Heck all camera's in this environment will pick up the slightest of noise. No big deal - good video.
You could if it bothers you record clean audio and replace the original. The bird is making no noise so it would be easy to replace.
