Travis Larson takes time out from working on the upcoming Rate of Change LIVE DVD to play the new Ernie Ball Music Man 25th Anniversary Guitar.

A quarter century of passion and excellence culminate as Ernie Ball celebrates 25 years with Music Man!
New for 2009, the Music Man 25th Anniversary guitar features a lightweight body, dramatic styling, and state-of-the-art electronics not found on any other instrument. The epitome of form and function, this new anniversary guitar sports two Di Marzio custom humbucking pickups, offering 10 very distinct sounds. Utilizing a 5-way lever pickup selector and series/parallel toggle switch, you can custom shape and color your tonal options like never before. Our Music Man design team has engineered optimal contours, weight and balance, making this instrument very comfortable to play. The 25th anniversary guitar offers a classic bolt-on design, with a slightly larger, basswood chambered body, mahogany tone block, bound premium maple top, which together provide maximum resonance and tight, defined low end.

Ernie Ball was the first to offer rock strings with the creation of Slinkys, and further revolutionized the market by offering guitarists Custom-Gauge single strings. The Ernie Ball Company also produces Music Man guitars and basses, volume pedals, and other accessories. The company's strings and accessories are available in more than 6,000 music stores throughout the U.S. The company also exports to 82 countries.

Ernie Ball Music Man is proud to endorse artists including: Slash, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Eagles, Keith Richards, Rolling Stones, Angus Young, ACDC, Jeff Beck, John Fogerty, Pete Townshend, Jack White, The Raconteurs, John Mayer, Steve Vai, Kirk Hammett, Metallica, System Of A Down, Avenged Sevenfold, 311, Paul Gilbert, Blink 182, Brad Paisley, Rise Against, Maroon 5, Flogging Molly, Iron Maiden, Albert Lee, Don Felder, Deftones, Aerosmith, NOFX, John Petrucci, Dream Theater, Sonic Youth, Steve Lukather, Steve Morse, Deep Purple, The Edge, U2, Mars Volta, Nickelbackm Glenn Tipton, Judas Priest, Thrice, Buddy Guy, Limp Bizkit, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Tony Levin, Dave La Rue, Counting Crows, Joe Bonamassa, Escape The Fate, Hinder, and many more!!!

  • Reminds me of Steve Morse

  • What a huge musician. And guitars don't get much more flexible than this one!

  • This guitar is in production, it's called the "Reflex" and is my dream guitar. It doesn't have that sweet maple (flame i think, might be curly) top laminate.
