Hi. Thanks for posting this review. Soponified just means that the coconut oil is mixed with an alkali which turns it into the soap base. I've been looking for a mild organic soap. Dr. Bronner's soap is supposed to be at Target too.

@EversBaByGirl my disclaimer: everything doesn't work for everybody. :-) it didn't do any harm to my face. i've been using different things since then, primarily because i'm a product junkie. african black soap does wonders for me.

safe to bathe your dogs with, wash dishes, clean carpet stains, grease cutter, toothpaste, body wash, hair shampoo, cleans counter tops, dishes, pre-treating stains, wash your clothes w/. Safe to wash the exterior of your car, make-up brushes, mopping floors, etc. They all smell so natural, pure, mmm nice :) i hope everyone enjoys its many uses like i do!

@mastatsan My target doesn't sell it either. I buy it from Whole Foods. I've got a Kroger in my area too, so I may buy Bronner's from there also (it's closer to home anyway :-)

Some people have said Target is carrying it. Mine doesn't, but Kroger does. if Kroger stops selling it, I don't know what I'll do... I'll have to order the gallon-size online, I guess.

it helps save water too, along with not being made from disgusting petro chemicals.
besides all the looney text covering teh bottle this is probably the most woirth whiel product you can buy. i praise this soap to anyone who will listen because i think its so great.HEMP FOR HEALTH

Target sells it now??? Wow...that is awesome! It just makes it so much easier for those who cannot get to a health food store! Although, every Target may not have it! I will definitely check my Target out!
