Unable to cover the cost of a dental education herself, Dr. Luu chose a career in dentistry with the Navy and got the help she needed. The opportunities available in the Navy Dental Corps have provided Dr. Luu and fellow Navy Dentists extensive training with the latest in dental technology and allowed them to represent their country in a number of humanitarian missions across the globe. I was a Navy Nurse in the early 1980s and never would have worn uniforms like these nurses. Sloppy is all I can think of. I'm not saying they should go back to wearing caps, but you can't tell if they are nurses or housekeepers. Does anyone agree?
