obama is being extreamly caustious, he is trying to save his political capital for something big, i don't know what is bigger than health care, but he is waiting , he hasn't dropped the hammer yet

Americans voted for change, which is something they have not yet received. I understand that Obama was a better choice than McCain, but I still await, even after all this time, any progress regarding the economic crisis.
