Carnaby's widow's attorney, Randall Kallinen said officers with the Houston PD failed to follow its own policy regarding chases and high-risk vehicles. Kallinen said they should have taken cover and talked Carnaby out of his sport-utility vehicle. [The media did a very good job of questioning the credibility of Carnaby. Where was the questioning of the way Carnaby was killed? ]

Their high-risk vehicle approach policy clearly states that you get behind cover and you communicate with the individual. The officers did not get behind cover, but they attacked the vehicle — busting in the window with a night stick and shooting Mr. Carnaby in the back unarmed, Kallinen said. If the officers had followed this policy, Mr. Carnaby would not be dead today.

Carnaby, 52, was pulled over April 29 for speeding and then led police on a chase when the officer discovered he possessed a concealed weapon license. Officials found two handguns and a shotgun in his vehicle, including one they say was within his reach.

[Why did they not find them on their initial search? And why did they use deadly force if they had already searched the vehicle and determined he was not armed?]

Negligent use or maintenance of a firearm can cause liability for a city and, in this case, we dont know the condition of the gun, Houston Police Department Chief Harold Hurtt said.

Federal credentials also were found in his vehicle, although detectives said on May 2 that both the CIA and the FBI have vehemently denied his employment with the agencies. [What were those credentials? They have never said. At the first press conference, they seemed convinced that the documents might be real.]

Susan Carnaby continues to claim that her husband was a CIA operative,
which remains under investigation.

Some assumptions made about the death of Roland Carnaby:

1. If Roland Carnaby was intelligence operative he would not be running from the police.

We dont know why he was running from the police. Doesnt make sense, but it doesnt make sense that Manual Noriega was employed by the CIA either.

2. An intelligence operative wouldnt need a concealed handgun license.

Why would he not have a concealed handgun license? A more interesting question is why would he show the police CIA identification? Would he want every cop who might pull him over to know what he was and blow his cover?

3. If he was CIA, they would not say he wasnt.

Look at the case of Edwin Wilson, the man convinced of selling G4 to Libya in 1977.

http://abcnews.go.com/Nightline/Legal...

He sat in prison for 20 years before he was released because the CIA and Justice Department lied about his work for the agency after his retirement. The Wilson case here speaks volumes.

4. Anyone can join the AFIO and become President, as stated by Mike Tolson of the Houston Chronicle.

That is a ridiculous argument. Call them and ask them if you are qualified as a layman to be President of one of their local chapters. In theory this may be correct, but in reality doesnt seem correct.

5. Former CIA agent Don Clarke says that Carnaby was not CIA. That is the proof right there.

Gene Dios wrote a great article, "Don Clarks Big Lie About Roland Carnaby".

http://genedios.livejournal.com/3427....

Dios shows definitively that it was Don Clarke was lying, but why? It is humorous how people accept the word of former agents one way or another. Of course Don Clarke is lying. Again, go back to the case of Edwin Wilson; he was retired when he sold G4 to Libya.

6. There is a connection between Carnabys death and suitcase nukes and the Mossad.

An anonymous posting from someone called George Orwell started
this story, and it has been repeated over and over again on forums. Here is the posting:

Federal sources close to this case have told me CIA Agent Roland Carnaby had proof a suitcase nuke had arrived inside the U.S. from Israel on Tuesday. He was chasing the device and the Israelis who had it. As local law enforcement was called-in, for some reason cops began chasing the CIA Agent instead of the Israelis and ultimately shot the CIA Agent dead! Despite photographic proof that Roland Carnaby was inside CIA Headquaters in Langley, VA, the CIA is now denying Carnaby worked for them. A cover story is allegedly being fabricated to cover up the truth.

  • Roland Carnaby was monitoring Mossad operations. He had successfully penetrated a Mossad ring active in the Houston area. They were preparing to unleash a dirtybomb from Israel false flag in the area and blame it on Iran. Thanks to this guy they had to scrap it. For the time being.

  • I've never heard of this, can you perhaps point me to a source, so that I might look into it myself? Thanks

  • That was murder plain and simple. They claimed he was reaching for something. But from the video it didn't look like he was reaching for anything to me. I read somewhere that during the chase he was on the phone with the FBI asking them to call the Houston Police Dept. to call off the chase. They did and the cops refused to stop pursuit. I wonder if any documents were taken from his vehicle and never seen again. The whole thing and story seems shady to me. Looked like an execution.

  • @Spindry96 He must have known something.

  • That is murder,

  • @Spindry96 do you know that every police dept. has hit teams within them? Hit men to shut anyone they need to shut up. Look up the police gang called the Vikings.

  • If he was a gov agent he had no reason to flee the police

  • if you had been a police officer how would you react in that situation and not know whether armed or not ...

  • @JAP4881 Someone from the CIA doesnt run from police.
