i rode a 4 wheeler that would hesitate. I think that its becuase the motors are cold. Or they are just well used:)

I just adjusted the valves and everything works great now!!! It was just weird that both were doing the same thing!!

You need to adjust the valves. They tend to get loose on motors, and adjusting the valves is part of yearly maintenance. donyboy73 has a "how to" video on this in 2 parts.

@NicksGarageDoor These have been gone awhile, but yeah, we did adjust the valves on them. Ended up working out quite nice!

Yea that is extremely common for those engines.
the valves tend to always go out of adjustment.

i think the problem is that the compression release is not working, or the valves are not adjusted right or even both, hope this helps.
