@Hiba711 - thanks for your comment! I think you do have it right that one needs to relax into the movement to get the delicate isolation happening, and while these are more challenging movements, keep up the practice & you will get it! happy dancing ;)

thank u , u r amazing .
it seems that one needs to learn how to isolate and relax the hip to be this good , it's kinda hard i dunno if i'll ever be able to do it :(
