  • Just watching this is making me want to have a heart attack. I'm overweight, not obese, but the most exercise I get is standing for hours and walking at work. My diet isn't terrible; I've maintained my weight for quite some time and my diet's fluxed between eating hardly anything to eating nothing but treats to eating balanced meals and back again. I think the missing puzzle piece here is the exercise, and these look like very simple, very effective activities.
