Did Jesus really preach Jihad?

Was Jesus a warrior prophet?

There are many verses in the bible clearly shows Jesus was a warrior prophet (like David, Moses and Muhammad pbut)

1- In Matthew 10:34 Jesus said "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but A SWORD "

2- Jesus told his disciples to sell their outer garments and buy SWORDS !!

" He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one." (Luke 22:36)

@modster99 However, we believe as muslim, As long as you believe in God Himself and don't associate another partners with him, no matter how sinful you are, God will purify your sin through Hell fire if you are a wrongdoer or he can forgive you because he's The all forgiving. Ultimately, what matters how strong have believed in God without associating any partners with Him. That's what will save. Your piety towards God and His creation is what will save not a shiekh or anyone else.

@modster99 My dear brother or sister in Humanity.I'll answer according to what i know from islam. No one on earth can say or determine if someone will go to hell fire or paradise. In fact in the Noble Quran, it says about the christains "there are believers among them " and forbids us to be provocative towards the people of the scriptures i.e. the Jews and Christians. No has the right to judge someone ans say he or she will go to fire. Only ALLAH or God Can do that

@modster99 no one knows who is going to heaven or hell. But it is said that all Muslims will eventually be going to heaven by believing that there is no God but Allah and that Prophet Muhammad pbuh is his messenger. And if you commit a sin, you can ask for forgiveness and if you truly are sorry than God is most merciful.

Can someone clarify something for me. This iman says that the act of worshiping God, a monotheistic God, will get someone into Heaven. Does that mean that a Muslim can sin, worship Allah, and then go to Heaven? Does that mean that every Muslim will go to Heaven? If not, how can a Muslim know if, or if not, they are going to Heaven. Where is that in the Koran?

@KharaMkhara wow - you are sure that no Christian follows God's teaching. Are you omnipresent and omnipotent?

Muslims don't follow the Bible. They can cheat other, as long as the other are not muslim, etc. forcing someone to follow 'laws' will not get them into heaven. That is what Jesus taught.
