This is fake. You put your username, and password at the login screen, and click login. Then press a Hotkey that is assigned for Pausing the Video, and use a different username to login. Then unpause the video at 'click here to play runescape'. That's wht it went to the main screen so fast, without the 'loading' interface in the top left.
