Underdog 2 Chapter 15

Sorry this wasn't up earlier I've been out all day with friends at the fair had a blast lol

Joe's p.o.v

I woke up to Alexis buried into my chest her body moulded softly into mine, my arms hung loosely around her waist. We had spent most of the night talking, I'm pretty sure we kept nick up most of the night but I knew he wouldn't say anything not if he knew it was important. Alexis seemed pretty upset yesterday, though she wouldn't admit it I know she was. I know she was troubled by the thought of my and Mia's relationship becoming more then it was, we had talked about it before and she never seemed totally convinced, but Mia and me were nothing but friends. Alexis was my girlfriend that had to show something right.

I know I sometimes act over protective towards Mia but I couldn't help it...she has been through so much and I was never there for her. There would always be a place in my heart for Mia I wasn't going to lie but I couldn't protected her if the last three years didn't prove it enough last night did, that time I did course her pain, I know I did, and the thing was I knew Chris was perfect for Mia but still something in me was set to disbelieve it.

I kissed the top of Alexis head softly and she stirred in her sleep, her eyes fluttering open slowly. She lifted her head gently of my chest and looked up at me a weak smile playing across her lips. I slowly raised my hand to her cheek running my fingers gently along her jaw, bringing my lips softly to hers. I pulled away resting my forehead against hers.

"Go get ready" I told her and she looked at me in confusion
"I'm taking you out for breakfast" I stated and she smile at me one last time before kissing my cheek gently, heading out the door. As soon as the door was closed behind her I drop back down onto my bed running my hands through my hair in frustration as I tried to sink further into the pillows. Why did life have to be so complicated?

Lauren's p.o.v

After nick had practically dragged Sam from the dining hall, Kevin turned to me and smirked
"What?" I asked laughing slightly
"Nothing" he lied a smile playing across his lips
"Really?" I asked raising one of my eyebrows at him making us both laugh
"maybe we should leave" Kevin stated looking towards another couple that was staring at us ignorance etched in their figures as they looked at us, I giggle slightly before grabbing Kevin's hands
"I think that might be a good idea" I smiled as Kevin slung his arm losses around my waist guiding us both out the room

"So what do you want to do today?" I asked as I smiled up at him, he kissed the top of my head gently before smiling at me
"Anything with you is fine" he smiled like a goof and I laughed
"I hear they have some good shops here" I hinted
"You want to go browse them" he smirked
"Well only if you don't mind with all the paparazzi and stuff and asking questions about us" I mumbled looking down at the floor. At once I felt Kevin's hand under my chin making me look at him so much love radiating from his eyes
"If they ask any questions I'll tell them the truth that you are my beautiful girlfriend" I blushed slightly
"Are you sure I mean wont it get you into trouble" I asked concerned
"Not in the slightest" he smiled
"Would it get you in trouble I mean you are famous movie star" he stated proudly and I felt my cheeks blush again
"I want nothing more than to show the world who my amazing..." I kissed he quickly
"Handsome" I kissed him again and he smirked knowing where this was heading
"Intelligent" this time he kissed me first before I could get to him and I laughed
"Boyfriend I have" I rushed before his lips collided passionately with mine again.

Mia's p.o.v

I stood in the showers of the swimming pool letting the water slowly soak my skin washing away the chlorine trying to relive the tension in my muscles. Training had been tough today, my mind just wasn't in it and my coach noticed, of course he noticed I was nowhere near close to my time and he wasn't happy. In the end he sent me back to the hotel he said I needed more sleep but I knew that wasn't the answer. I grabbed my towel as I walked from the showers, my stomach letting out a cry of hungry. I had skipped breakfast this morning been late as well as being rubbish in training wasn't a good idea.

"Maybe I could take you out to lunch" a small soft voice asked and I turned to find...
