Das Schleyer-Band [Klaus vom Bruch, 1977-1978]

A fragment (the opening minutes) of "Das Schleyer-Band" (The Schleyer-Tape), a lengthy video piece by Klaus vom Bruch, made from re-edited TV footage about the kidnapping and assassination of Martin Schleyer (President of the Employer's Association) by members of the german militant group RAF. The soundtrack is chatter from a police radio-frequency. It was broadcasted by "Alternativ TV", an artist-run pirate television station in Cologne (founded by Ulrike Rosenbach, Klaus von Bruch and Marcel Odenbach), which broadcast the programmes it produced within a radius of a few hundred meters.

wenn man keine ahnung hat.....

schleyer war arbeitgeberpräsident kein politiker, desweiteren war er überzeugter nationalsozialist und mitglied der ss seit 1933. er warf zb. seiner studentenverbindung "mangelnde nationalsozialistische Gesinnung vor, weil diese sich weigerten "jüdische Altherren auszuschließen"! lies mal was bei wikipedia über ihn steht, von wegen unschuldig. unschuldig waren seine begleiter, aber schleyer bestimmt nicht.

This is terrible. RAF is a fucking beast. I'm surprised that Germany tolerated. I'm from Czech Republic, we had the communists forty years, but that horror was not here. The worst thing is that the base consisted of people from high society who do not need.
