2006 Audi A4 3.2 Engine Noise

I was hit while parked last week and now there is a ridiculously obnoxious noise coming from the engine. My mind leads me to believe that it's my fan (Maybe I'm just hoping it's that simple).I'm usually pretty good at identifying and diagnostics but, this has stumped me for some reason. Those with actual knowledge, please feel free to attempt at identifying what that noise is. Car is out of warranty at the time and I would like an idea of what the problem may be before the insurance company gets involved.

Should be the fan, that engine is placed very close to the rad and fan. When the engine is off and cool get your hand in there and check for clearance.
