A guy clearly juiced up takes his shirt off and taunts a smaller guy. As the walk towards each other to square off, the smaller guy easily takes his bigger opponent down and transitions to the mount position to where he reigns down furious head butts on his opponent. You can hear people taunting him at the end "Yeah, steroids don't do shit for you boy".

Headbutts are the most effective strike in my opinion. If used correctly, one can quickly and easily destroy any opponent. If possible, headbutt to the bridge of the nose. It will cause massive damage and will stun your opponent long enough for you to either leave or beat you adversary unconscious. If he is not sleeping already that is haha :).

FINALLY, someone doing headbutts from the top. I've always wanted to see how effective this would be, and apparently it fucking hurts.

How can you call someone a p**** for headbutting in a street fight? I could understand if he brought a weapon into the equation, but fist, feet, skull, elbows and knees are all legit in a street fight. And for the clown who underminded his own argument in here saying, "cant a headbutt cause serious damage?, thats dangerous." Its a fight Sally, you cant jump in there swinging a purse and expect to subdue your opponent. lol, silly bitch.
