There aren't any houses where the single lane bridge is. All of the houses are up both sides of the hill. The only things by the one lane bridge are a barber shop, a barn and a construction area. Once you leave this area, you get back to the "city life" quite quickly.
The portion where the creek and the barn are hearken back to an older time. Looks very nice.

That place looks like a nice place to live with lots of trees. Small town. Here there are way too many people and the roads are congested.
