Video # 1 for the new year 2010.

Not a good start, any input would be good, we think the CG is too far back.
Plans are in motion to move the battery fwd and make her a bit more nose heavy.
The plane is still in one piece, only broke a prop, strong stuff that fanfold.

  • U get Props for allowing vid of a maiden flight! I can't maiden a plane on vid or with anyone within a mile of me. 5*s

  • increase the downthrust of the motor and some right thrust as well. Other than that looks like you are on the right track!

  • Sweet bird cool video 5 *

  • yikes, that is like me with my new plane, took it to the field 4 different times before it actually flew... and landed on purpose. LOL! Keep trying and don't give up.

  • WTF happend !

  • First thing I would try is just what you're doing. Make the cg even to the leading edge of the wing. Other thing is the closer your control surfaces are to your pivot points, the less stability you have. If the cg adjustment doesnt work, lengthen the tail.

  • very great idea, i will use that on my airplane vidds
