Dean is Broken by what it happened to him in hell. he just can't forgive himself.he needs help.he revealed to Sam what happened to him in hell.

Sammy used his dark side to keep on fighting without his big bro & Ruby learned him how to contains his pain & to use his abilities. Sm wants a payback on lilith. Sam told Dean how was his life while these 4 months without him.

lilith tries to break the 66 seal for to raise Lucifer & the army of Heaven is back on earth for an ultimate fight. the brothers are in the middle of it !

Dean, with his little brother Sammy, have to save the world from the apocalypse.

Dean sees its worst fear of being carried out in connection with his brother who could be a great danger to them & the world. Sammy thinks of using its capacity for the good but that gently involves it on a soapy slope black. Dean will do all to save it.

they must manage the apocalypse, the war between angels & demons, of the higher orders of the forces, the descent of Sammy, the evil being of Dean and their brotherly relationship
