@carruthersj Ask any bodybuilder and they will tell you pretty much the same thing Jay said. Ask anyone that knows how to eat right and they will say the same thing.

Hey Jay how about some actual Science to back up all your "eat every 2 hours" rhetoric? And being Mr Olympia 4 times doesn't prove that it's a necessity.

@69mrbrightside691 Yea, I agree. It needs like 60 mins.. since it's oh i dunno... the most important and missunderstood aspect of bodybuilding.
