Wake Up (Cover)

Cover of Coheed's "Wake Up" played a half step down.

I apologize for forgetting the words. And yes, there is an Auto-Tune effect from Garageband.

It is recorded multitrack, guitar track and audio track. Nothing is really edited though, except track effects (reverb, auto-tune).

I, quite honestly, enjoy the auto-tune for the fun of it, but I suppose it makes me feel more comfortable vocally I suppose.

I find a very uncanny resemblance to the songs you play in comparison to the songs that Joe Cruz plays. I do enjoy his shows, especially since he debuted the "live acoustic auto-tune sessions" at Bully's. Now, I don't know him well enough to speak for him but, I think he'd find it insulting that you duplicate his performances and pass them off as yours.

@jenjenshimasen I use to gig with Joe actually & do give him credit on influencing me to use the Auto-Tune & helping me start at guitar solo-ing when we gigged monday's (then wed) at Casa Nami.

I always knew my Mac (all macs actually) had an auto-tuner on Garageband & never used it until my friend Julius Naranjo threw me a few songs of his that with the auto-tune ("enhance tuning" feature on Garageband) before I knew Joe used the Auto-Tune.

He knows I use it. But a vaild comment nonetheless.

@jenjenshimasen ahh. well name me the songs that i do of Joe's exactly the same? & forgive me if playing with him for 6 mos caused me to learn some of the songs he jams.

I can give you a whole setlist of songs that Natalia and I play that Joe doesn't.

If it really bothers you so much I won't expect you to come to our gigs & you dont really need to listen to me. If Joe has a problem with it he can come talk to me. Its not like I act like I created it. I'm sure were not the only two using it.
