CZ-70 .32 ACP semi-auto handgun. This smallish pistol was made in Czechoslovakia in 1973. It uses a 9 round magazine, is double-action, all steel construction (except for the grips), and a decent shooter for what it is.

  • nice. ever shoot any Fiocchi .32acp 73grn FMJ thro it im looking at some 9.95 a box of 50 but i dont kno if itl work cause in 380 the fiocchi jams the cassing/bullet are longer than supposed to be.

  • @ZombieMasterEd25 I don't remeber if I've ever tried Fiocchi in .32 or not. I've used Fiocchi in other calibers (.45, 9mm, 40) without any problems.

  • I just got one of these a couple hours ago. Mine is stamped year 72.

When the hammer is back and I press the safety lever all the way down it doesn't want to go, it feels like something starts to move but it won't budge and release the hammer.

  • @WunderDoob you mean it won't de-cock like it's supposed to when the safety is pushed all the way down? If that's the case maybe the dealer (if you bought it from a dealer) can help. Some will and some won't.

  • @3OCALM1

I removed the slide and found the firing pin cylinder was installed upside down so the retaining pin in it is on the wrong side and blocks the part of the decocking lever from operating. I assume it was done intentionally, if there's a round in the chamber and you accidentally push the safety lever down far enough to decock it, would that fire a round or does the decocking lever block the firing pin cylinder?

  • @WunderDoob I'm not sure. I don't know if Ive ever totally disassembled the slide or not on that one.

  • @3OCALM1 there 10.00 a box of 50 at aimsurplus com

  • Had one of these for many years. Still love it and keep it in the night stand.

  • thank you for the video. i bought one awhile back but the person i bought it from didn't know much about it other than it was a .32 and a CZ. it's a solid little gun and i love it. only problem i had with it was that when he had it, he kept the magazine loaded all the time, so it doesn't really function like it should now, a lot of jams. i didn't know the exact model number so i never really knew what to look for to buy another magazine. your video helped, so thank you.

  • @1960glh

Actually I have two of these magazines in front of me right now and there are 8 inline holes and 1 offset hole at the bottom and 9 brand new .32 auto cartridges in both of them.

I don't know what ".dZ" is either.

    And you spelled "possibly" wrong.
