I remember when this was first announced having a small degree of faith that it would get a US release when most had none. I'm glad I was hesitant to import.
Anyway, hopefully there won't be too many major differences. Namco has made it clear there doing this for the fans, so I doubt we'll get an English voice cast.

Well, that wish wasn't granted exactly. They DID do English voice overs, but they also included the original gibberish language from the original game. Nice nostalgic touch.
Now all we need is Klonoa 2 for Wii, and/or Klonoa 3 for Wii...

I'm probably gonna buy this when it comes out here in the UK =D Or if not then, then certainly in June, I really want to try out a Klonoa game!

While I agree that it would be nice to have the original title, in the end just naming the game "Klonoa" actually might help. Instead of confusing the customer with "Door to Phantomile", making them wonder what it means or if they would have to play another game to understand, simply calling it "Klonoa" actually makes the game more marketable and possibly would help gain sales.
And trust me, the Klonoa series NEEDS sales...

Alas, I'm going to buy the US version anyway. I want to help support the Klonoa series as much as I can, you see.
