  • I am 62 yrs old & 2 times ea wk - 2 1/2 hours ea (5 total) I do a much more vigorous heated pool workout. Doing these but with power & also add undulating as a dolphin, power leg flutters & scissor kicking - finishing with dog paddling spinning in the deep end - high speed for over 10 minutes.

    A real cardio builder - joint conditioner and range of motion expander plus a calorie burner.

  • thanks for the tips,but as an aquafit instructor I'm a bit concerned about puting your arms at the edge of the pool to do the abs, sholders are stressed it would be better to use a noodle as support and then you really work your abs.
